STOP ADDICTION IN ITS TRACKS
Many of us have had loved ones or are ourselves recovering from addiction. Drug abuse, eating disorders, compulsive gambling; We know the battle first hand. However some will never receive the treatment that they desperately need because of financial restraints. Some insurance companies will help, paying small sums for rehab but many will not at all and then it is up to the addict or a benefactor to come up with what can sometimes be an enormous expense. That's why the family at C.A.R.E. created C.A.R.E.S. HELPS (Comprehensive Addiction Rehabilitation and Education Scholarship). C.A.R.E.S. HELPS is a 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization under the internal revenue code. We provide partial funding for treatment, housing, counseling and alternative medicine to deserving individuals and their families in need of addiction treatment.
THE COST OF ADDICTION
Addiction is a debilitating, progressive and fatal disease. Often the disease itself leaves the patient and their family not only morally and physically drained but financially bankrupt. Traditional treatment programs are beyond the reach of the average person. Fees in excess of $45,000 - $50,000 are not unusual for 30 days of treatment. Insurance is limited and more often than not will only pay for initial detoxification and very limited treatment stays.
DONATION MATCHING
Your generous donation will help to provide the treatments necessities below and will be matched dollar for dollar by the C.A.R.E. treatment center. ALL administrative costs are absorbed by C.A.R.E. so you know every dollar you donate goes directly to an addict in need and NOT to overhead expenses at the rehab center.
